Danny Freisner is a native Texan with family roots reaching well into the early history of Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with the highest honor of Summa Cum Laude. During college, he was a member of the U.S. Naval Reserves as a member of a J.A.G. Corps unit.
Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he began law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He completed his formal legal studies at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1999 (now Texas A&M University School of Law) where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence.
He then graduated from the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association’s Trial College. He has also devoted many hours to the study of criminal defense, including continuing education and training through the Trial Lawyers College. In 2016, Danny Freisner was named as one of the Top 100 Criminal Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers Association.
